USB Line In adapter

My computers only have microphone in, but no line in jack. Not having much luck decoding with DSD Plus from the discriminator output of my receiver. Just wondering if one of the external USB Line input adapters would work better. Thanks

Mic in works fine if the tap is done properly (most aren't).

Line in tends to load down the discriminator circuit and the low frequency response is typically abysmal.

I'm not going to commit on this but several times I've used a Behringer UCA222 for line input on my laptop.
Thirty bucks, no drivers, and shows up as a dedicated sound card with line in and outs plus a headphone jack. Pretty slick.
