I have noticed I can hear sound from the room when I talk or if the TV is up too loud.
I do not have any microphones connected to the computer.

If you are hearing yourself and or the tv over the stream, then there is a microphone in the mix. Laptops and some of those all in one computers (computer built into monitor) (towerless PC) have built in microphones.

Go into your sound settings and search "microphone" and disable or mute it.

Any cameras, wired or wireless headphones, etc. connected to the desktop. There has to be a microphone connected to the system somewhere.

May be the monitor has a built in mic? I have one in my Samsung monitor.

I know some do for Zoom meetings and such.

Check the Windows setup for the system audio settings and mute the microphone that will be there...

When you have eliminated the impossible, whatever remains, however improbable, must be the truth.

It is impossible for an SDS scanner to pick up ambient noises from the room. So there is a microphone connected to your pc.
