I'm not familiar with your area, but it looks like they have talkgroups on the MPSCS system.

I have heard Forest Service Units call into Iosco County Central Dispatch on their MPSCS P911 talkgroup.

IF anyone finds [secures , wink wink] any updated 205 info or channel plans, I could get a Wiki up for them.
Nice find Tom , but also likely changed to conform to the NTIA standards [or soon to convert]

Try changing the CTCSS to the existing frequency 169.925Mhz to 110.9. The few times I hear it, up here in the UP, and monitoring the talk it indicates that it is Manistee National Forest. Might be a starting point for ya.

In my limited Notes [2016] for that Freq/Tone it should be the Admin Net, WEST Repeaters
170.5250 156.7 might be Admin Net, East Repeaters

Ahh hitting my brain now. 170.525 was a fire ground freq. Talk around. But like I said, that was in 1987 lol
