I am wanting to use my Uniden BCD369T to monitor the Civil Air Patrol digital frequencies. How do I need to program the 396 to receive the digital frequencies? I understand it cannot decode the nac codes.

Thanks

Program the frequencies and set the mode to NFM and CTCSS/DCS to OFF. It will then recevie all P25 (unencrypted) and analog signals. You can't force a 396T to only receive P25 and if you set CTCSS/DCS to Search it won't receive P25.

Keep in mind, many Wings (States) have not gone entirely P25 and do mix it up with analog used by many of the squadrons still
