Using Win500 to program WS1065 cannot up load to scanner

Hi. I'm new to all of this. I'm trying to program my WS1065 scanner I received for Christmas. I'm using the win500 software to automatically program it. I completed the selection of the talkgroups I want and when I select Upload to scanner I get a pop-up stating "Can't load FTDI Driver". I need HELP!!!!!
