5616 -- Ann 21J OEM -- Annapolis Office of Emergency Management - no comms yet, but they typically use this during events
18096 -- APD 13F Tac -- Law enforcement event channel, including (at least) Annapolis PD (APD) and Maryland Capital PD (MCP)

8114 -- MD Tac 1 -- Believe this is a patch into AACO 18096-APD 13F Tac for interoperability
