In the Richmond, VA area the USPS Postal Inspectors use 407.1375. They are P25 encrypted 99.9% of the time and use a NAC of 482. So, it looks like that's another one to add to the list.

407.1375 R NAC $482 (ENC) was heard several times at my location this morning. Only S1 to S3, but audio decode and positive NAC lock was confirmed several times. The band was slightly open, but I doubt to Richmond, VA. This may be used somewhere in southwest or west FL. Hard to tell, but it is active.

Heard several repeated transmissions around S-3. Band was slightly open to the south of me and towards McDill AFB, so I can't tell where in FL it came from. Keep an eye out for this one.
