The Eisenhower is operating off the East Coast of Florida.
I'm getting them this morning on 9031 USB with INDIA WHISKEY,ECHO and KILO. Sounds like an air defence net.

Lots of activity right now (02:35z) on 9031USB. S7 to S9 signals in south Jersey. Receiving with a long wire dipole.

They are very busy tonight. Sugar Alpha, Indy Whiskey and Puerto rico. Also Hotel chiming in now. Boston returning to Mother Earth now.

Picked up some chatter on that freq with just the telescoping stock antenna on the radio, inside of my house. Must be a strong signal, then again I am sure when you are in the middle of the ocean there are not a lot of opsticles in the way. Chatter was to quick to copy, had to tune the SSB BFO. Was able to copy a little though.
