Yes. Hoboken in connection with the St. Patrick's Day pub crawl (which is held in Hobken prior to the actual St. Patrick's Day).

I thought they did away with that pub crawl years ago after all the problems that happened in the past.

Nope:

In Hoboken, LepreCon bar crawl relatively calm with just 11 arrests made - Hudson County View

They canceled the parades in 2012, but keep a pretty good eye on the pub crawl. Bars make a fortune.
