Vertex Standard GX4800UT

I was given one of these radios today, it used to be used by AMES construction and appears to be programmed for C&M communications 450MHZ LTR system which is this system Christopher F Salgot Trunking System, Mt. Union, Arizona - Scanner Frequencies I tried keying up on the usery pass site and get what I assume is vertex system busy bonk noise. These radios need to be programmed by a true MSDOS computer, wondering if anyone in the Phoenix area has the capability to program these radios.
