I would like to listen to some of the charter fishing captains when down at the Chesapeake Bay. Several have VHF radios that use channel 90. Anybody have any idea what that frequency would be ? I can't find it on any database. Thanks...

Obviously nothing is legal but these guys figure that unidentified transmissions from non fixed locations are difficult to locate so they get away with it.
Grab a VX-7R and set it on marine band, or just copy down the frequencies from the manual.
This is VHF-M, and goes up well past channel 200 and is indeed the de facto standard, you will find the quite a few "export" marine VHF radios have this exact channel lineup.
