VHF Ducting/Band Opening, TN?

So There must be one heck of an opening to the east tonight becuase I'm hearing Tipton County TN, Munford TN, And others tonight, Heard a call earlier:
Station 1, Truck 1, Engine 2, Batallion 1, Fire Alarm, Mullen Residence, Bull Hill Road, Alarm Company Recieved a Call And Homeowner is advising stuff on the stove cause it, Tipton Fire, Station 1, Truck 1, Engine 2, Batallion 1, Bull Hill Road, Fire Alarm, Tipton County 911 clear, 21:14

Then there was:
Possible Stroke, Munford Rescue/Munford Fire, Tone time 21:15

Now I've got lots of talking going on talking about A Shoreline, A Dam, Handheld Flashlights, A Brush Truck, A Boat, Swift Water Rescue, Search And Rescue, Locking Dam, Shore To Water Comms as well.. Perhaps a search for something/someone, Not sure if this is TN or not, Not really sure at this point.

ALL of this communication is coming over 154.340, Which is one of the local fire channels, It's wiping them clean off the board it's so strong and clear here. This radio won't do PL's so I don't know if they're the same or different but there's a lot of traffic coming over..

I also caught Tipton County Fire/Rescue Pager Tests Tonight Around 7PM CST.

Anyone have any ideas on any of this?

Im gettin alot of 100- 150 mi hops looks like short tropo ahead of this weather system.

I was able to hear Orange County, FL on their Motorola Trunk system the other night for several hours. This was on my PRO 164 with a Diamond RH 77CA antenna. I am about 100 miles away from there.
