According to the CHP database:

39.260 - 118.8 PL - CHP Copper 1 Arrowhead/San Bernardino Repeater
39.680 - 118.8 PL - CHP Turquoise 1 Riverside Repeater
39.800 - 162.2 PL - CHP Tan 1
39.880 - 118.8 PL - CHP Beige 1 Repeater
42.440 - 162.2 PL - CHP Red

All looks like California to me.

34.900/150.0 - US Mil, "Alpha" calling "Bravo". The band was not open so likely one of the local bases.

34.200/150.0 - Camp Bullis "Range Control" active all day.
