VHF repeater antenna that also works 440?

Is there an VHF repeater antenna that also works 440 well? Or the other way around? I have a repeater site using a Comet GP9. It sways in the wind since there is no attachment point at the top. There are VHF and UHF repeaters having to use the same antenna.

You could stack a pair of exposed dipole antennas on a common mast, here's some commercial versions:

Hopefully they have a decent budget. Sinclair antennas are not cheap junk like the GP-9 is.
