Setting up my scanner for my San Diego trip. Couple questions

536hp I assume is going to experience issues with City 700 simulcast, any suggestions? Something about a paperclip?

I'm going to be in LaJolla, as far as RCS, Which LOOP should I program ?

For the 700 city system, stay away from cell sites. I find that , because both ATT and Verizon have active LTE sites using 700 MHz the energy from them tends to wipe out the front end of the scanner when close. As for RCS loop, West in the La Jolla area.
