Wake Simulcast Testing

This morning radio techs are testing TG 32784 across all the frequencies. Does that mean a new TG is being added? Or is it just radio diagnostic activity?

(In case you haven't figured this out yet)
It's just a channel for the radio techs to communicate on, I've monitored them on it before testing for a bad channel/frequency and the like.
