Is Walker SO still on their VHF frequency? Haven’t heard them the last couple of times I was in the county.

They still maintain their VHF system. FirstNet PTT is primary, but you will hear occasional traffic on VHF when deputies are in areas with poor AT&T service or have other issues with the PTT devices.
