I was able to upload it and read thru some of it. It lays out current structure and future plans for Radio Communications in the state and how the interoperability will be managed. Gives alot of information that most of us already knew i.e. frequencies for things like LERN, NLEC, I-Call and I-Tac etc. But there is some information in there that I didn't know!
