Anyone know whats going on with this system, a month or so I was able to get control channel info and as of late it appears the system is not up. I would of thought that they would have it up and be doing some testing?

Also, i heard, but cant confirm, that the power plant is going to be tied into the system and possible a few DOE talkgroups, that was about 5 months or so ago i heard it...
