I'm another satisfied GRLevel3 user. I use it at home when I'm liaison or net control for Skywarn nets.

StormPredator is cute, but you wouldn't want to use that for real weather value. The Interwarn line isn't bad, but again it's hard to beat GR software. Especially GREarth, there's nothing like it out there for combined datatypes.

And combine GR with WXMesg for localized warnings and the ability to rebroadcast them by phone, radio and web and to control signaling devices.

I use GRLevel2Analyst, GRLevel3 combined with Allison House services. Also use StormLab and Radarscope on the phone.

GrLevel2

Feed from Allisonhouse.com and Iowa State University.

I also use WxMesg and can import the warnings/watches into GrLevelX as well.
Danny does a great job keeping things updated with WxMesg also.

It's been out for maybe 3 months now I think? You request your trial on the GRx owners' forum then can convert to a sub.

I saw that.

Haven't really been keeping up on it. I figured since he didn't have it publicly on the site it was still in beta or something...

No, it's good to go, he just wants to make sure that he has the right server/bandwidth in place so is doing it first with GRx current owners.

I gotcha.... Haven't really looked into it. What is it for... his screen caps were less than helpful.

It's a full radar/sat/surface analysis tool in one, global application. Also plots watches, warnings, spotter network, LSRs, model data, etc.
