Website server certificate problem

HAHA! Fixed! Thanks to the last post I got pushed in the right direction.

This poor guy had the same problem:

Which led me to this site:
DoD Class 3 PKI - Obtaining the Root CA Certificate

Installed the certificates and the site works perfectly in IE now. Thanks to everyone for helping out.

OK that settles it, since access is password protected the request panel is as far as anyone else can get. I was going to play around with browser configurations but if it tells me "I hear you knocking but you can't come in. I hear you knocking, go back where you been." I guess we're all SOL.
