I looked at the system in DSDPlus and it shows:
851.0750=Ch 6
851.3250=Ch 26
851.8000=Ch 64
852.5500=Ch 124
853.2875=Ch 183
853.8125=Ch 225

Try putting in a band plan of:
Ch Lo=0, Ch Hi=719, Base Freq=851.0000, Offset=0, Step=12.5

That's it, just the one line.

Well, what do you know. That is the same trunking table that I found for my system. See post #16. It looks like this should work for yours as well.

Remove the rebanded tables and try it.
Yes, the system was rebanded back in the analog days, but you don't need them on 800 MHz P25 systems.
I just programmed the Baltimore City P25 system into a PRO-96. It uses all 800 MHz rebanded frequencies, just like West Hartford, and works fine with the 3600 and 9600 band plans set to Normal. You don't need the custom tables. You may need to adjust VR3 inside the PRO-2096 to get it to receive. The equivalent adjustment in the PRO-96 is VR4. I programmed another PRO-96 with a P25 800 system and it would not receive anything until VR4 was adjusted.

Here is a p96 file for win96 to try. It contains the custom table (in extended tables) given by cg.

I ran Pro96 and based on what I read came up with the following custom table:
Base - 851.000, Channel Lo - 0, Channel Hi - 4095, Offset - 0, Step - 12.5

Try putting in a band plan of:
Ch Lo=0, Ch Hi=719, Base Freq=851.0000, Offset=0, Step=12.5
My custom table was slightly different from yours but the one I listed above worked and I was finally able to pick up some chatter. I'm assuming my table worked because the Channel Hi I input was larger than yours and everything else matches.

I've uploaded this to my 2096 to see if there is any improvement over what I was hearing based on the custom table I outlined above.

Again, thank you all for the input

Correct. The highest channel number on this site is 225 from @cg ‘s information. Since the value of 719 for Chan Hi is greater than 225, the entire range of channel numbers is covered. Your value of 4096 gives some headroom. The table I gave had 65535. You should not see any difference.

Your table looks good. Glad you were able to make progress on getting the pro2096 resurrected.
