I didn't realize this thread was here!!! Sooo -
I live up a holler near Charleston, monitoring counties in the area (On a good day, I even get Wyoming County from here!).
On the road, listening to the coal fields from MACdowell
County all the way north to Mon County and parts in between.

Units that are more or less hooked up right now...
BC-996 (Soon to be in the Explorer when I have time)
BC-780 (In the Explorer, waiting to be swapped)
BC-396 (At the House)
BC 246 (Bedroom. My wife loves it - as long as the earplug is in!)
PRO 2067 - (On the UPS for AEP Edacs when the lights go out - other than that, a pretty lousy scanner)
RELM - (Mainly used for monitoring aircraft when I've got the hankering)
OPTOCOM - (Pretty much outdated now, it was one of the first and best units ever for logging and searching)

(Back when I had time to be an active Ham)

A few UHF Motorolas and Kenwoods for Work (and play).

A big box in the storage building, with relics going back to the PRO-2004 (another great scanner!)

ALWAYS open to help others, swap freqs, info, and compare muddy roads far off the beaten path!
