Westford PD Encryption

Just an observation, in the database Westford appears to be encrypted but i've been hearing them normally. Is there information about them going to encryption?

the lower case "e" indicates Part-Time, so likely someone heard ENC in use

I wonder whats the point of some of these small towns going E of small e ?
Like Sudbury PD. Fire is open but not PD.

Sudbury is another small e, not often using encryption.

There are only six communities in Massachusetts using full time encryption for police operations.
Taunton, Lawrence, Haverhill, Nantucket, Springfield and West Springfield.

My mistake. I can hear Sudbury PD very clear. Like Sherborn they come in Very loud .
