Westminster PD is now fully encrypted. Went that way at 9 am this morning. The last purposeful transmission is shared below:

Sorry guys. I should have looked at the other forum folder first. Anyway. The other thread Nate started over in the other folder has more discussion since it was am started way before this one. Admins can delete this one or merge them if they wish.
