What can a scanner trunk track

I am looking for a list of every possible thing a trunk tracking scanner can track. I have been scanning for years and love it but am still unsure as to what digital sytems they can and can not track. I know multi net ltr, mpt1327, provoice, iden, cell, and some other computer only type networks. But lets get a list for everyone of what all the scanners can track. Digital and non-digital. This will apply to any uniden or radio shack, etc.
