when trying to read from my SDS 100 I received this message. I did notice that hike doing my most recent update, Norton stopped something. But it seemed to finish. Any help is appreciated.
I’ve had that error while Proscan is writing to my SDS100/SDS200, I switch to another program, and the Proscan window goes into the background. I’m running Proscan in a Parallels VM on my MacBook Pro M3, so YMMV.

Can you send me an email to support@proscan.org so I can send you test files if needed and the fix.
