Yes.
It's unlikely that the current SDS200 manual the OP is referring to is intentionally setup for
both the sds100 and sds200, otherwise there would also be the correct instructions for removing the SD card from the SDS200 in that manual as well.... which there is not. There would also be many more instructions specific to the SDS100... which there are not. The term "SDS100" does not appear anywhere in that SDS200 manual.
There is a separate manual for the SDS100 linked below which has the info for removing it's SD card on page 52.
It's more likely that the paragraph about removing the SDS100 SD card was copied and pasted in error onto page 50 of the
current Uniden SDS200 manual (copyrighted 20
19 - linked in post #3 above) during production instead of the correct instructions for the SDS200. There is another incorrect section in the SDS200 specifications chart that describes battery consumption and charging temperature on page 46 that is obviously meant for the SDS100. And also on page 14 under the heading of "Controls and Indicators" it's describing the function of the red and green battery charge status LEDs above the display (exclusive to the SDS100), yet it clearly shows only the display for the SDS200.
The
original Uniden SDS200 manual (copyrighted 20
18) is still available online at the link below, and has the correct SD card info for the SDS200 on page 55 of that manual, and does not show info for battery consumption and charging temperature specifications that are not applicable for the SDS200. It also shows the correct "Controls and Indicators" section for the SDS200 on page 18.
There have been other discrepancies and omissions noted between those 2 versions of the SDS200 manual.
