I travel all of western wv (everything west of I77), and was wanting some opinions on which mobile scanner to get that would cover everything - local police depts, co sheriff depts, fd, ems, and state pd. thanks.
If you go throungh Belmont County,Ohio I wold get a Pro-96 handheld scanner. It will pick up everything that you could think of. Like Digatal transmissions.
