Which airband transceivers have a PTT/TX lock function?

The one they had near me a couple years ago expressly forbid scanners and whatnot.... I thought how lame? Love to know who set that rule.

I don't know of an airshow run by any component of DoD that allows radio receivers for airband or any possible gov/military frequencies.

The Icom A6/A24 radios have a transmit inhibit option per channel when programming from the software, others probably do as well. I'm not sure if you can set it manually, the operation manual doesn't mention it.

Yaesu open to intermod more so than Icom. Outside of vehicle seems be OK. It's a toss up on what features you like. I lean towards Icom software. Both software easy work with
