PSR500/PSR600: Which antenna?

So Ive had this scanner for a while now, and I was wondering what a good antenna upgrade would be? Is there a general antenna out there? Feqs are typically mid 800's as seen here

But one that would excel in anything would be good to go too. I think the RS800 was recommended but I guess its out of production?

I actually just found a NOS 20-283 antenna. Hopefully it works well.

You didn't say whether the 20-283 was used or not. If it's used and for some reason isn't up to snuff, Remtronix produces that same antenna now:

Remtronix REM-800B, Diamond REM-800S Scanner Antenna

I have one (actually two, have the BNC and SMA models) and they work just fine for me.

If you are in AA County then the rs800 or comparable Remtronics (it might be the original manufacturer) works fine for the county trunked system, FiRST, the Aviation Administration trunked site at BWI, and the JNCR sites at the Naval Academy and Ft Meade. The JNCR are not 800 but come in fine with that antenna, which is available in both SMA and BNC. I got mine from Universal Radio.
