Repeaters are not a fashion show. You don't pick them based on 'how they look'.
Nor do you pick a power yourself. To get a business repeater licensed, you must go through a coordinator, and THEY will tell you, after going over what you need (as opposed to what you dream about having), how much power you'll be allowed. Business systems are limited to only the ERP they need for the intended coverage, so that channels can be shared efficiently.
You might find that with the typical 6db antenna, you'll be allowed a whole 10 watt repeater output. Maybe 35. Don't count on much more, unless you're somehow qualified to run a large countywide system at high altitude. For which you'd need to have dozens of active users at the minimum, to get coordinated.
