Which RWC sites to monitor?

Please help me understand which sites I should monitor respectively for the five following favorites lists:
1. Chandler PD/FD
2. Phoenix FD
3. Phoenix PD South Mountain Precinct
4. Tempe PD/FD

Chandler is Simulcast C. FD is dispatched by Phoenix FD Regional Dispatch Center.
Phoenix FD is Simulcast B/C/F(?)/H in that area.
Phoenix PD is Simulcast A.
Tempe PD is Simulcast F. (I thought they were encrypted. Perhaps not.)
Tempe FD is dispatched by the Phoenix FD RDC. Simulcast B and maybe F.

Scottsdale is on Simulcast H. PD is encrypted, and not monitorable.

Guadalupe FD is on Simulcast B. Law Enforcement is provided by MCSO.

What area are you referring to? I hope to be able to monitor Phoenix FD wherever I can.

Most of Tempe PD's talkgroups are encrypted, with a few in the clear according to the database.

I also have a favorites list consisting of 2868. I only plan on monitoring it from Gilbert. What site would I monitor?

Most of Tempe PD's talkgroups are encrypted, with a few in the clear according to the database.

A is Phoenix PD.
B is Phoenix FD.
C is Chandler/Sun Lakes/Maricopa PD & FD. (Sun Lakes is MCSO.)
F is Tempe. (FD may or may not be carried on F.)
H is Scottsdale PD & FD.

For the most part, you'll probably be within range of B through that area. Unless you go too far east, into Mesa or Gilbert, then you may be best served by Simulcast C.

You may or may not always hear K6 or K9 on C/F/H, as I don't always hear K7 or K8 on Simulcast G here in the West Valley. (At least there's been instances in the past when this has occured for me.) The same goes for K10/11/12 for major incidents in the West Valley, if you're listening to C/F/H. They may not always be carried on C/F/H.

I forgot. Phoenix PD South Mountain precinct may be able to be heard on Simulcast C, as well as Simulcast A, of course.
