What model? What is it doing and what do you see on the display? I see that on April 7 that you started a thread about a WS1095 that you shipped to G&G Communications. Is this the same scanner?

We heard from dalmation61 today regarding their WS1025 and have given the customer instruction to determine if the issue resides with the wall mount power adapter or the radio.
