Since around 3 this morning I've been logging a whole bunch of new radio IDs on the RCS (West Site (T145)). They seem to be across all agencies and radio IDs 57000 and up. It's too early in the morning for new radios and this spans everything from NorthComm to CHP to Carlsbad, Oceanside, and Escondido PDs. What changed? (or happened?)
