No problem here, been running without any issues for a long time. Using Arc Xt Pro version 2.3 build 2, with Windows 11 home 24H2, connected to a BCD996XT.

What specific problems are you having? Are these recent issues cropping up or have they been present from the start?

just got a new Dell with Windows 11 downloaded the Arc xt pro put in my 2 codes changed the com port and computer can't find the scanner?

Check your Windows Device Manager with the cable connected to your computer and see if there is a valid Com port listed for your scanner, or is there an error message there?

You might have an issue with the programming cable or the drivers for the cable. How old is the programming cable you're using? Is it the original Uniden USB-1 cable from the time when you first got your BCD996XT?

Does your Windows Device Manager show an error for the COM port when you connect one of those cables to your computer? USB-1 cables more than 10 years old will no longer work with Windows 11, the drivers for those cables are no longer supported. Check your Device Manager to see if there's an error shown for those cables.

Ok got my scanner to link to Arc using the cable from my BCD996xt that i purchsed in 2011-the cable from my BCD396xt purchased in 2015 will no longer connect. I quess I am fine as long as i can program all my scanners
