Winthrop Harbor FD

For members that are in Lake County IL. Does Winthrop Harbor FD work off the Waukegan FD Starcom channel (encrypted) or are they on the VHF channel listed in the DB. I know that Waukegan PSAP now dispatches them. I know that dispatches (paging) is going out on QUAD 1. What I wanted to know is where the operational comms are? I don't seem to hear them after the inital pages. Thanks for any help.

I think I've heard them on the VHF freq with N Chicago and the other agencies nearby
