Learning on system fusion and wires-x.
My question is if I can connect to a wires-x repeater in C4FM and contact someone in analog through another Wires-x repeater.

Ex. Using a wires-x repeater in Florida and contact another friend in OHIO through another Wires-x repeater in FM.

Sounds confusing to me. So both repeaters are fusion repeaters with a wires-x connection? Both repeaters would have to be C4FM and connected to the same room. I think you can use wires-x on your own node in digital voice wide but not through a repeater. Also the other station even if they were using the fusion repeater in FM analog mode. No they would not hear you. They would only hear digital noise. In other words digital in and digital out.

Wires-X is digital only. Fusion repeaters can operate in the auto mode and repeat digital or analog but not in a mixed mode. I operate a Fusion repeater and have had requests to link it to other repeaters full time. It sounded interesting until you realize that C4FM users on one of the linked repeaters cannot hear analog users on other repeaters and can interfere with them. We quickly realized that setting up such a link was a bad idea unless every user was digital. On a temporary basis yes, but not permanently. Also, most if not all linking is done in the narrow mode. Wide mode does not allow for information like call signs and GPS data and is frowned upon in the Wires-X world.

This is wrong, the gps and callsign are in the beginning of the packet and if missed won't display, but they are sent. Just not continuously like in narrow mode.
