So I was wondering, because I have a friend of mine that works in the prison for Chester County and would like to know how I can be able to hear the activity in the prison. I was listening to prison in prison local on the P 25 trunking system. For Chester County it seems like all I hear on that is prisoner transports to the courthouse. That's all I'm hearing on that one. Does anyone have any familiarity of this? Would be greatly appreciated for the help thank you.

Is that Chester County PA? You have a Chester County in PA, SC, and TN. I see several conventional frequencies and also several talkgroups on the Chester County Emergency Services trunked system.

Try here:
852.575WPUE333MCC Prison D1County Prison Direct 1P25Corrections
852.075WPUE333MCC Prison D2County Prison Direct 2P25Corrections

They're also licensed for low power UHF simplex on 453.125, though it's highly unlikely you'll be able to hear anything there without being on premises. No guarantee ops are clear either

Based on his other thread that was in the wrong forum also I'm going with PA, which is where I have now moved this.

Sorry, yes it is in Chester County when I looked up those two that you provided. Nothing was coming through all those because that doesn't even provide an NAC. I'm gonna try to put the general NAC in, which means it listens for everything, but those are the channels that they have.? I tried searching for other ones and I didn't see any but that
