I got a lot better feedback in one day! I went and sat with dispatch for a shift a couple times, I really liked it. I'm going to apply for a part time spot, but with the budget problems, I have to wait until somebody quits, so who know when.

There is usually a relatively high turnover rate for that type of work.
You may be needed sooner than you think.
