WS 1098 Scanner programming Napa Sheriff Conv P25 freq question

Does anyone know how to program a WS 1098 (same UI as TRX-1, TRX-2) with the new Napa (CA) Sheriff Conventional yet also P25 phase II radio freq??? I have figured out how to program it on Uniden P2 Scanners but this one has a whole different UI and programming tree.

Conventional is only Phase 1 and not Phase 2.

Only trunking is P25 Phase 2, which is TDMA.

Database does show it as a conventional P25 Phase 1 for dispatch. the NAC is 2CC

So ive successfully programmed the "conv" freq 151.07 as a digital NAC (2CC) but it seems to only receive the mobile units. The Uniden 996P2 radios pick up the mobiles and (TG 1 shows in the display) AND they receive the Dispatch (TG 65535 shows) very clear using same antenna same location. Im going to play around with the settings to see if i missed something.

Not for programming it is all P25
