I have windows 10 and I can't install from the card in my WS1098 scanner.I am able to
get to the setup exe but it never completes. Can anyone help me

Try copying the setup file to the local hard drive and run it from there. If it still doesn't work try right clicking on the setup.exe file and select the "Run as Administrator" option.
