Source told me that Jefferson County PUD will be moving to the WSDOT system. If anyone up in that area can monitor WSDOT then be on the lookout for any new TGIDs in the coming weeks. (Don't have an ETA but I'm presuming it's sooner rather than later.)

I think I caught Jefferson county today on WSDOT.

Didn't have voice on 60948 -- just a key up. 60950 was a guy giving his unit ID and that was it. Both had 7-digit RIDs: 268xxxx and 290xxxx respectively. 60948 was caught on the Buck Mtn site and 60950 was on Rattlesnake Mtn.

So I listened back to the recording from 60950 and the guy said he was testing. "97 Testing" and that was it.

I believe Kittcom is starting their transition to WSDOT.
As they go from testing to real-world usage we'll know more about their channel specifics in time.
