WSF P25 or Conventional

Hey. I have a couple questions, I have Tried all of the freqs in the pictures I attached and none of them seem to work to get in channel 3 from WSF, as I just not doing it right? Also, They use an APX6000, I use an APX6000, in VHF, and it’s only 1 band, so how would WSF be on 2 frequency bands if they use a 1 band radio? Or is there more to it?

The only one I personally have ever really heard traffic on is that 151.04 - and they are low power (portables?), so you basically have to be very near the dock or on board. From what I have observed, it's basically when close to the dock to coordinate on-deck or docking type (ramp) activities (?)

Lots of ears are focused on that new 700 system.....
