18D Ill assume your running shack equipment here is some data that I guess should help
Looks to me like your answer is at bottom

The statewide mutual aid frequency of 154.8750 MHz. will be used at each tower as a conventional "fallback" frequency, should the primary trunking system fail. Moreover, each city, county and state agency can have redundant backup systems and talkaround frequencies of their own if desired.

VHF MULTI TABLE FOR THE PRO-96
CH LOW 8192
CH HIGH 12287
OFFSET 8192
STEP 2.5

Expect multiple tables.

Base Freq for the multi table is: 150.9925 MHz.

If you have a pro106 you won't need the multi-tables just load in the control channels. If you live in Cheyenne the best ones to load is the water tower (169.625) and the 800 tower (853.75). The PD and SO are still on analog conventional.

the best way to do this is get a programing cable and win96,
doing it by way of the manual is very hard but doable.

then you can do custom tables and muti tables as dicribled in the database.
the programing cable is at Radio shack and the win96 is here,
PRO-96 Software - Win96 - Data Management Software for the RadioShack PRO-96 and PRO-2096 Digital Trunking Scanners
after that it is very simple
