Wyoming OEM PL update?

I was scanning along and came across the OEM frequency but hitting the monitor button there was a LOT of traffic that seemed to be related such as talk or PIO and getting a statment to the press, Is there another group that uses 153.875 with a diferent PL? its listed as county pool in the license search but havent heard anything about it. Can someone give a further listing on this?

I don't know. however in Utah we heard 2 med helicopters flying for a gas explosion. they had major burns on 2 patients. This could be related to what you heard.
