XPR password protected codeplug

I bought a used XPR7580 that when I try to Read with CPS v1.6 or 2.0, I get a Password prompt.

I have a XPR7580 codeplug that when I try to Open the ctb file errors with 'Region not supported'.

Guess you have two really poor boat anchors.

With the Vintage 2014 firmware in these, your chances of finding the Firmware packages and Regionalized CPS you need to recover them are probably below zero.

By the way, this issue had been documented ad nauseam in this forum.
