Yaesu FT-7800R programming instructions needed

I have a Yaesu FT-7800R and was looking for a "Cliffs Notes", simplified version of the programming instructions. I just dont understand the instructions in the manual.

A RR member sent me them but I lost them. Please post on here for all to see. This way if someone needs them in the future, they can search for them.

The easiest was to program Yaesu radios it to fork over the cash for the ADMS software and use the computer to program. This also lets you archive the program incase you ever have to do a hard reset on the radio.

I have the ADMS software for my Vertex and am considering the same for my FT-7800R but thats a little ways off so I thought if it could be posted here, I would have something to do tonight.

CVP, I have software as well to program the radio. I have been a ham siince 1986 and find this radi tricky to programm mannually. I wish I could give y crib notes but I use a laptop. Sorry.
