ZKLF message at bottom

1st time I have seen a message like this on any ZKLF radio fax

They are probably thinking about saving money by discontinuing the fax transmission service and they want to hear from the users.

I receive this in Northeast France then May 25.2012 auf 16338,2 Khz, sorry no so good reception to you :
