Proscan don’t put all channels in when program with it why?

What, specifically, are you trying to program (or import) that you think ProScan is missing some items?

Like tyler (smith co.) has 16 channels but proscan only put two channels

Look at your Import settings if it says Control Channel only that is all that gets put in.
The Control channels tell the scanners where the voice Channel is and the scanner goes there.
Unless the Frequency is Encrypted and that is EXCLUDED by DEFAULT but can be changed.
Also Looking At Smith Co Tyler Site it is Simulcast 3 Sites in Tyler all using the same frequencies at the same time Unless you are using a SDS100 or SDS200 your milage my vary with any other scanner.

Looking at Smith County and Tyler no Encryption is listed so that is a good thing.

i get 5 sites in smith county and the tyler one is simulcast which usually causes problems.
